Six identical Focus Forza 37 motoryachts at their berths
Foctok

Fleet & partnership

One hull, chosen six times.

Foctok is deliberately a single-model fleet. Six identical Focus Forza 37 motoryachts mean one spare-parts inventory, one maintenance protocol, one crew training standard and one marketing story - across four continents.

The vessel

Forza 37 - Foctok edition.

The Foctok specification is built for charter duty rather than private weekending: more power, harder-wearing finishes, and the equipment that day-charter clients actually pay a premium for.

01 - Power

Twin Yanmar E-Shift

Two × 370 HP with electronic shift and joystick docking. Enough thrust for a fully loaded ten-guest day charter without labouring, and enough manoeuvrability that a marina-tight Mediterranean berth is a non-event for a hired skipper.

  • Engines2 × 370 HP
  • ControlE-Shift + joystick
  • Guests10 day / 2 overnight
02 - Comfort

The full comfort package

Air conditioning, a proper cockpit galley, a functioning head and shower, generous sun-pad geometry and a teak-laid party deck. On a charter listing these are not luxuries - they are the difference between a half-day booking and a full-day one.

  • Length37 ft · 11.6 m
  • DeckTeak-laid
  • Layout1 cabin + head
03 - Style

RGB underwater lighting

Colour-changing submerged lights turn an evening charter into the photograph that sells the next one. Sunset and night slots are the highest-margin product a day-charter operator has, and this is the equipment that makes them bookable.

  • LightingRGB underwater
  • Sunset slotsPremium tier
  • LiveryBespoke per market
04 - Durability

Awlgrip finish, charter-grade

Awlgrip topside paint and hard-wearing upholstery specified for a hull that will see far more hours than a private boat. Combined with the funded €10,000-per-year maintenance programme, this is what protects the year-six resale value that carries the largest share of total return.

Partnership

Focus shipyard is a shareholder, not a supplier.

The shipyard granted a 25% discount on a six-hull order and then subscribed for ten foctokens at €330,000. It now carries the same downside as every other holder.

Equity
€330,000

Ten foctokens subscribed by Focus shipyard from within the investor tranche - real cash into the same instrument, on the same terms.

Discount
€900,000

Day-one equity uplift: the fleet costs €2,700,000 against roughly €3,600,000 of equivalent retail configuration.

Uptime
Priority service

Warranty and parts response is prioritised across all four markets. A hull on the hard in August costs the shipyard its own distribution.

Exit
€1.8M

Assumed year-six fleet disposal - half the €3,600,000 list value - supported by a shareholder with a direct interest in orderly resale.

“A builder that owns 10% of the fleet has no interest in a boat that looks tired in year four.”

Deployment

Four markets, two hemispheres, no dead quarter.

Vessels are placed where the day-charter market is deepest and where seasons do not overlap. Florida and Dubai carry the northern winter; the Mediterranean and Adriatic carry the summer.

Rate evidence

Is €1,900 net per day realistic? Here is what the same hull publicly charters for.

Foctok targets €1,900 net per vessel working day - that is Foctok's share after the charter operator's 20%. It implies a gross day rate of roughly €2,375. The figures below are published rates for the Focus Forza 37 specifically, taken from live public listings.

MarketListingPublished day rateBasis
French RivieraExcellence Riviera€3,480Crewed, concierge included; €20,880 per week
Mallorca - Port de SóllerFocus Yacht Club, M/Y Season€3,110Crewed 8 h, Jun-Sep; €2,820 in Oct; captain included, fuel extra
Foctok assumption TargetBlended across four markets€2,375Gross, implying €1,900 net to Foctok after the operator's 20%
Adriatic - SukošanBeta Charter, M/Y Forza€2,000Bareboat peak (mid-Jul-mid-Aug); €1,600 shoulder; skipper €170/day extra

Why the target sits below the top of the range

The two crewed Mediterranean listings clear the €2,375 gross assumption with room to spare. Foctok does not model at those rates, for two honest reasons: crewed day-charter pricing includes a service component Foctok does not capture, and the Riviera season is short.

The Adriatic bareboat listing sits below the assumption - which is exactly why only one of six vessels is allocated to that market, and why the model blends four markets rather than extrapolating from the best one.

What the operator's 20% actually buys

  • Demand. An existing booking book, listing presence and repeat clientele in that specific harbour.
  • Crew and guest handling. Skipper rostering, provisioning, briefing, turnaround between slots.
  • Local compliance. Charter licences, transit logs, port formalities and insurance in that jurisdiction.
  • Client-paid extras stay outside. Fuel, skipper gratuity, tourist tax and toys are billed to the client on top and never enter Foctok’s revenue line.

Rates above were read from public charter listings on 31 July 2026 and are stated as published by those operators. They are third-party market evidence for the Focus Forza 37 as a charter product, not Foctok revenue, not offers, and not commitments by any operator to Foctok. Published rates change with season, availability and configuration. Foctok's own operator agreements are provided in the information pack.
